Parking is not available on the street on the same side as our building as this is reserved for resident permit holders only, please refer to street signs to avoid a parking fine.

We have a strict 5 day cancellation/change policy on all discount deals, offers and vouchers. If you cancel or change your appointment within 5 days of your appointment the credit card/debit card you provided at the time of booking will be charged $25 per person. However, you will NEVER LOSE the voucher, deal, discount offer no matter the expiry date and will be able to book it in another day.
A credit card/debit card MUST BE PROVIDED at the time of booking to confirm the booking, if a number is not provided it is not considered a confirmed booking and you may lose your booking day and time. Such details are never kept past your booking date and are destroyed in a safe and secure manner.
